System Analyst - Tapestry Permanent Role in California Description: Performs a variety of duties relating to the Information Technology applications, specifically EPIC Managed Care Tapestry, Contracts and Benefits Engine Rules application modules. Responsibilities include: Assisting with design, development, system configuration, implementation, and support of information systems for the organization; Planning, development, training, implementation, and evaluation of application functionality; Working with the team and key customers to ensure appropriate development, training, and implementation of application functionality. . Associate or bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. . Experience working with healthcare information systems. . Academic institution or large integrated health system experience preferred. . Experience working with clinical information systems or system implementation teams for complex projects and/or application development is preferred. . Experience working with interfaced/integrated multi-vendor applications preferred. . Experience implementing and electronic medical record. . Required to pass Epic certification exam in two attempts within three months. . Must be able to travel to Wisconsin to attend Epic certification training sessions. . Must be able to work overtime and/or flexible hours as needed to meet committed project dates. Must be self-directed and able to work autonomously in a professional and productive manner.
